  1. Eligibility and Authority

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your clinic/organization.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.

If you represent a clinic or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.


  1. Account Registration and Security

  • Account Creation: Accessing certain Services requires creating an account with accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Service Usage and Responsibilities

  • Refunds: We provide a 30-day risk-free trial. Cancel within 30 days for a full refund if unsatisfied. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the Services.


  1. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Loaf retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, AI models, dashboards, and related intellectual property.

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Services or use them for unauthorized purposes.

  • Feedback: If you provide feedback, we may use it to enhance the Services, and you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to do so.


  1. Data Privacy and Security

  • Client Data: You own the data you provide (e.g., patient information). We process it only to deliver the Services and as you authorize.

You agree to indemnify and hold Loaf harmless from claims, damages, or losses resulting from:

  1. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate your use of the Services with written notice. Refunds apply only within the 30-day trial period.

  • By Loaf: We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activities.

  • Post-Termination: Upon termination, you must stop using the Services, and we’ll delete your data per our retention policies.


  1. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, plus any service agreements, form the full agreement between you and Loaf.

  • Assignment: You cannot assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in cases like a merger or sale.
